Then they go out into the world, not just deal with them in your head. Therefore things can seem much calmer and easier to deal with. Record includes kinesthetic senses (physical movement) of your hand writing and feel like pen on paper, or fingers to keyboard. It also includes a visual sense to read the words you write, and if you read or say the words aloud to you using your sense of audience.
* Sensory Awareness Inspiring places. Wandering hither and thither during the summer vacation, I knew that simply being in places that require nothing from me, and touch a real opportunity to clean up the attention of the mind.
